Grab your seat at our Women & Whiskey Sensory Tasting! Learn about the bad-A women of whiskey and engage in an incredible sensory whiskey tasting featuring two distil-ladies from O’Shaughnessy Distilling Company, and their Keeper’s Heart Whiskey.

You will get hands-on with a flight of whiskeys and an aroma kit as you learn how to study whiskey through color, flavor, and finish. Led by Lead Distiller Kate Douglas and Whiskey Educator Megan Noel Johnson.
Kate Douglas comes to Minnesota from out west, where she got degrees in Fermentation Science and Food Safety. She rose quickly through the distilling ranks, landing her a job as Head Distiller in Colorado by the age of 26. Today Kate is O’Shaughnessy’s Lead Distiller and Head of Innovation.
Megan Noel Johnson grew up along the Bourbon Trail in Kentucky, with whiskey in her blood and storytelling in her bones. She moved to Minnesota 14 years ago, before her background in theatre took her into tourism all over the country. After finding her way back to Minneapolis, she joined the team at O’Shaughnessy where she runs the Tour & Tastings program.
