The Experience

Welcome to the Hewing Hotel. This century-old brick-and-timber warehouse in Minneapolis’s historic North Loop neighborhood has been reshaped into a truly unique, independent 124-room and 14-suite hotel. Neighbors and travelers can expect an authentic Minneapolis experience and a gathering place with unrivaled service. Parking

Self-parking is available for $25/day at the West Elm building on 2nd St. + 2nd Ave as well as some limited street parking at parking meters. Please feel free to unload your belongings at the main entrance and we will direct you to the nearby parking lot.

Our Valet is available from 6am-1am seven days per week. Pricing is listed below.

  • Restaurant (Up to 3 hours) | $28 plus tax
  • 0 to 3 hours | $28 plus tax
  • 3 to 8 hours | $38 plus tax
  • 8 to 24 hours | $52 plus tax
  • Overnight Parking | $52 plus tax

Pet Policy

  • Thoughtful dog amenities are available including BarkBox Memory Foam Dog Beds, treats, and bowls. Amenities available by request.
  • List of dog-friendly outdoor dining, local attractions, and dog parks
  • A $100 non-refundable Pet Fee deposit applies per stay
  • Dogs are not allowed on the Rooftop.

Fitness Center, Yoga Room & Classes

Located on the lower level, we have a fully-equipped fitness center with free weights, treadmills, a Peleton bike, rowing machines, and a big screen tv.

Also located on our lower level, we have a yoga room that is available 24 hours a day. There are yoga mats for guests to use.
