Join us for a gentle guided sauna steam aromatherapy experience on the Hewing Hotel’s rooftop for a Thermaculture experience. Engage in mindful meditation and light breathwork, combined with essential oils, the rooftop spa pool and cold showers.

Designed to activate parasympathetic thermoregulation (ie: the ability to respond to intense environments without triggering fight-or-flight neurochemicals, such as adrenaline), these sessions will stimulate a deep state of energized relaxation and clarity.
