These sessions combine Sauna steam aromatherapy with light breathwork to activate parasympathetic thermoregulation (ie the ability to respond to intense environments without triggering fight-or-flight neurochemicals such as adrenaline).
The experience is designed to activate the deep state of energized relaxation and clarity at the heart of thermic bathing traditions around the world.
Enjoy cold soak tubs between sessions and the Hewing’s magnificent rooftop heated pool with an epic Minneapolis skyline view.
