A 50 minute format that encompasses all aspects of total body strength. This class combines the traditional body sculpting methods using PowerBlock® adjustable dumbbells ranging from 4lbs to 50lbs in weight. In this strength training class, you’ll be using dumbbells or body weight in ways that creates resistance. For our strength plus cardio, please join us for our signature HIIT formats.
