German Aufguss sauna tradition, where your host, the Saunameister, gradually increases the intensity of the experience by adding water to the rocks, generating a rich envelope of steam, and a unique Sauna experience. Enjoy cold plunge soak tubs between sessions, and Hewing’s magnificent heated pool with the Minneapolis skyline view as your backdrop. Changing room, lockers, towels available – we recommend you bring sandals and a water bottle. Always arrive to Sauna well-hydrated.
