Raised in North Minneapolis and now based in Rochester, MN, Mack grew up immersed in the Twin Cities’ vibrant music scene, inspired by her mother’s love of funk, soul, and blues. What started as a passion became a career, leading her to national recognition at top festivals like the John Coltrane Jazz Festival, Twin Cities Jazz Festival, and Bayfront Blues Festival. She has performed at renowned venues like Buddy Guy’s Legends (Chicago), The Dakota (Minneapolis), and First Avenue, sharing the stage with artists across genres, from blues legend Robert Cray to indie rockers Cloud Cult.

Her 2013 debut, Baptized in the Blues, established her as a powerhouse in the blues world. In 2017, Tell It Like It Is showcased her songwriting depth, exploring themes of recovery and healing. With Testify (2021), she cements her place as a top-tier artist, blending blues, country, rock, and soul. Featured in 50 Women in the Blues alongside icons like Bessie Smith and Mavis Staples, Mack continues to rise as a leading voice in roots music.
