Join us for a traditional German Aufguss guided sauna experience in Minneapolis.
EXTRA INFORMATION
During an Aufguss session your guide (ie the Saunameister) gradually increases the intensity by adding essential oil infused water to the sauna rocks, generating a rich envelope of fragrant steam which is then distributed around the room to enhance this intense sensory experience.
Enjoy cold soak tubs between sessions and the Hewing’s magnificent rooftop heated pool with an epic Minneapolis skyline view.
