Our Full Moon Steam Medley program is inspired by the German Aufguss tradition, where your host, the Saunameister, gradually increases the intensity of the experience by adding water to the rocks, generating a rich envelope of steam, and a unique Sauna experience. Enjoy cold plunge soak tubs between sessions, and the magnificent heated pool with the Minneapolis skyline view. Changing room, lockers, towels available – we recommend you bring sandals and a water bottle. Always arrive to Sauna well-hydrated.
